Early Childhood Programs

additional Programs

Sunrise Program 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
If you need to drop your child off before their classes start, they may join others in our Sunrise Program. The fee is $5 per morning, per child.

Sunset Program 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you cannot arrange to pickup up your child at 3:15 p.m., they may join others in the Sunset Program and wait until you can arrive. The fee is $4 per hour, per child.

Participation in the Sunrise/Sunset programs is only for currently enrolled students and families are billed monthly for these services.

Fees and Information

Additional Fees

  1. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50.00 must accompany each student’s application. Annual re-enrollment fees are $50.00 with a late registration fee of $100.
  2. Supply Fee: A non-refundable supply fee is due upon submission of Enrollment Contract. This fee reserves your child’s place in the class. Fee costs are: PreK & K = $100; Grades 1-5 = $150; Grades 6-8 = $225.
  3. Instrument/Music Fees: Beginning in Grade 3, there is a mandatory music school requirement. A separate instrument deposit, rental fee or purchase cost is involved toward the purchase or rental of an instrument. As part of the curriculum, students are expected to take individual instrumental music lessons, which may or may not be available onsite at the school. These charges are not included in the tuition or other fees.
  4. Field Trips: Classes may on occasion take trips to museums, farms or events. These field trips include the Third Grade Farm Trip and the Eighth Grade Year End trip. Parents are asked to pay whatever fees are associated with these trips.
  5. Sunrise/Sunset Programs: These programs are available for students that are currently enrolled. Parents are billed monthly for these services. See Tuition Information Sheet for costs.
  6. Returned Checks: A $35.00 service charge will be assessed for any returned checks.
  7. Late Fees: A $25.00 late fee will be added to your bill for payments that are overdue.

Discounts

  1. Sibling Discount: For full tuition paying families, the school offers a sibling discount. You will be charged the full payment for the highest tuition rate and receive the discount on the lesser tuition(s). This discount will be reflected on the Enrollment Contract. Discount does not apply for deposits or other fees.
  2. Full Tuition Prepayment: There is a discount for tuition paid in full before July 1, 2008.
  3. Tuition Assistance: There is a limited amount of tuition assistance available to eligible families of Grades students. Please request a tuition assistance packet for further details or ask to speak to the Business Manager.

Payment Plans (check or cash)

Supply fee is due upon submission of Enrollment Contract.
  1. Full tuition prepayment: Balance due July 1, 2008. If tuition is paid in full on or before July 1, there is a deduction from the total.
  2. Standard Plan: Two equal payments due on July 1, 2008 and January 1, 2009.
  3. Monthly Plan: Twelve monthly payments due by the first of every month beginning July 1, 2008 through June 1, 2009.

Enrollment that occurs after the school year has begun will be prorated. Prorated tuition sheets are available in the Business Office.
