Part time admissions and marketing coordinator
The Susquehanna Waldorf School (SWS) in Marietta, PA, is seeking a part time Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. This person will assist in facilitating and implementing SWS’s Admissions and Marketing plans by supporting outreach, enrollment and administrative activities. Working closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and the Management Team, responsibilities include: Managing internal processes and events associated with retention and new family orientation, coordinating external marketing activities such as press releases and social media updates, and learning and supporting the admissions process.
The position is part-time, year round, with approximately 20 hours per week- primarily onsite during business hours and occasionally at offsite outreach events.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as proficient technology skills (Microsoft Office, Publisher, Social Media). The ideal candidate will be highly organized.
