Greek Pentathlon

Along with other Waldorf School fifth grade classes, SWS fifth grade students compete in the annual Greek Pentathlon Games at Kimberton.

Old City Philadelphia

Eighth grade travels by train to Philadelphia visiting many important sites related to their study of the American Revolution.  From Ben Franklin’s house to Independence Hall to George Washington’s pew in Christ Church, it is amazing to be in the actual places where our country’s history began.

penn museum

As part of their middle eastern studies, the fifth grade class spends a night at Penn Museum in Philadelphia and 40 winks with the sphinx.
